Dispensationalists: Are You Rightly Dividing the Word?

“Thou therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus. And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.

Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ. No man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of this life; that he may please him who hath chosen him to be a soldier.

And if a man also strive for masteries, yet is he not crowned, except he strive lawfully. The husbandman that laboureth must be first partaker of his fruits. Consider what I say; and the Lord give thee understanding in all things.

Remember that Jesus Christ of the seed of David was raised from the dead according to my gospel: Wherein I suffer trouble, as an evil doer, even unto bonds; but the word of God is not bound.

Therefore, I endure all things for the elect’s sake, that they may also obtain the salvation which is in Christ Jesus with eternal glory.

It is faithful saying: For if we be dead with him, we shall also live with him: If we suffer, we shall also reign with him: if we deny him, he also will deny us: If we believe not, yet he abideth faithful: he cannot deny himself.

Study and shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

But shun profane and vain babblings: for they will increase unto more ungodliness. And their word will eat as doth a canker: of whom is Hymenaeus and Philetus; Who concerning the truth have erred, saying that the resurrection is past already; and overthrow the faith of some.

Nevertheless, the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, let everyone that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity.

But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and of silver, but also of wood and of earth; and some to honor, and some to dishonor.

If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honor, sanctified, and meet for the master’s use, and prepared unto every good work.

Flee also youthful lusts: but follow righteousness, faith, charity, peace, with them that call on the Lord out of a pure heart.

But foolish and unlearned questions avoid, knowing that they do gender strives. I rarely write from the first person view but I have been thinking deeply about the Dispensational view and about their way of reviewing Scripture and there is not other way to put it but that this way of thinking is stupid!! The only way that the Dispensational view works is to take the original language out of the equation and justify their doctrine based on only the King James interpretation of the Scripture. This is understandable considering the large majority of Christians that are holding firm to the belief that the King James version is the only accepted version of the Gospel. I understand your view to believing that the new translations are incorrect but in this case the King James version does not articulate the accurate translation of the Word. We are instructed to study the Scripture to show ourselves approved and to light a path during the time of trial, not to divide the word to justify our translation. (Psalm 119: 105)

The Dispensationsationalists want to twist the word to justify their translation, believing this brings light unto the understanding of Scripture. The basic principle behind this translation is to completely disregard the entire Old Testament and the Gospels as they were written for only the Jews and that only the portion of Scripture written for the Gentiles is relevant for the Church. I’m sorry but this way of thinking is completely stupid! There is no other way of putting it! You want me to believe that disregarding all the Old Testament Prophets and the words of our Savior Jesus Christ will fulfill the Gospel to the Church? Come on, man!! This is complete heresy if you could label the teaching!! There is no way that I am going to discount the teachings of my Savior Jesus Christ and believe that He was not talking to his followers during the end, when he depicted the coming calamities within Matthew 24.

I understand that this fits your doctrine to justify your stance of the Pre-Tribulation Rapture (which is also false and not supported by your doctrine) but how can you call yourselves a follower of Christ when you no longer follow His words?

It easy to justify your stance when you disregard the entire Old Testament and the teaching of Christ and I understand how you can have so many followers believing your bull when you speak of such good things, but how can you truly justify yourself in front of the All Mighty when the times comes, based off theses lies?

Everyone wants to hear that they will be taken prior to the Great Tribulation but this is just not true. Dispensationalists must completely twist Scripture and discount about 7/8ths of the entire Bible to justify their claims. How can any Christian support this heresy when it is so blatant? We have become so weak that we have allowed this teaching to be become mainstream to the point that if anyone challenges this teaching, they are called false prophets!

Seriously, I understand that you believe that it makes sense to discount the entire Bible to support your claims but why can you not understand the divinity of the Word and that the most important time in history is the time both the Old Testament prophets talked about, as well as, our Messiah? Do you really believe that you can justify your belief by cutting out the most important portions of Scripture and only following the Apostle Paul?

I have listened to your debates and your belief that you understand the correct translation of the Scripture, but you need to stop! Just trying to dispute the understanding that the Pre-Tribulation Rapture is a lie by stating that those that understand this truth are not dividing the Word correctly is just false! You need to stop trying to divide the Word and understand that the entire Word is relevant and needed for our Generation! We are the Generation that will witness the fulfilling of the Prophetic Word and it will not be divided!!

When you don’t divide the Word of God and you understand that the Book of Revelation is the bookend, then you understand the warning placed within the book. You must not remove or add any portion of the book, from Genesis to Revelation, to understand the writings within. The Dispensational view removes about 7/8ths of the Bible to support their claim of the Pre-Tribulation Rapture. Without removing these portions of the Bible, they have nothing to stand upon!!

Who bare record of the word of God, and of the testimony of Jesus Christ, and of all things that he saw.

“For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, if any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: and if any man shall take away form the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.

He which testifieth these things saith, Surely, I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.” (Revelation 22: 18-21)
